what’s the best way to apply eyeliner and makeup to my round asian face?



i have a round face, high cheek bones & TINY eyes [almond shape]
i was told wearing eyeshadow on the top lid would "close my eye out"
i don’t know what to do but i’m tired of looking so plain

    go to pursebuzz.com or look up pursebuzz on you tube. she’s a asian girl that does wonderful makeup. she goes thru all the steps and can really help you do your looks

    you can also apply white eyeliner to the waterline.and learn to contour your face to give it definition
