How can I get sexy “cat” eyes with liquid eyeliner?



i've been trying to get this look:

help! its so hard with liquid eyeliner! any tips?? foolproof way??

    hah yeah i understand with the liquid eyeliner there tricky. kinda depends on how the brush is though.
    the first picture with angelina.
    she used a pencil. what she did was on the top eyelid drew a thin line getting thicker then turns it into a wing does the same with the bottom accept she doesnt draw her eyeliner all the way to the corner of her eye.
    -the 2nd picture she used liquid eyeliner. she went from the corner of her eye staying close to the eyelashes and kinda drew out the wing.

    that's what i use for my wings.
